I made it to San Francisco! I landed in SF and my dad picked me up from the airport, we drove straight into the city, checked out my sublet for the summer in Nob Hill (awesome!), then headed down to Fisherman's Warf for some seafood (yum!). On Sunday we picked up some things at Target then made our way to Half Moon Bay and enjoyed a nice sunny day at the beach.
Then I made my way to my friend Jen's place where I'm crashing until I can move into my sublet (thanks Jen!). Today I joined the Embarcadero YMCA which has an awesome 25 meter pool which I took a nice long swim in. I can't believe the race is so close and I'm definitely going to be doing two-a-day practices from here on out! Tomorrow my real life in SF starts with my first day of work! Ahhhh!
